Ernst & Young- Liza Reineri

Today, the accounting majors took us on a site visit to London's Ernst & Young office. The afternoon was spent with a graduate recruiter and a few younger employees talking to us about their background, careers, and what it was like working for a Big 4 firm. They were all extremely personable, and their passion for the company was contagious. It was really eye opening (and a little overwhelming) to get a sneak peek into the recruiting process that many of us will go through in only a few short years.

All in all, it was one of the best site visits I have ever been on. Tomorrow we will be visiting the Bank of England, courtesy of the finance majors.
