This morning, we all took a tour of the Tower of London. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a whole lot, in part because I thought the Tower didn't consist of much more than the Crown Jewels. However, it turned out to be my favorite tour of London so far. Our tour guide was very humorous and informative, cracking jokes and telling us the history of the Tower of London at the same time. The tour was from about 11-1, but most of us stayed around to go through the White Tower. Rickey, Louis, Rob, Jian, and I ate lunch at a cafe in the courtyard and walked the top of the walls and looked at displays until 4 in the afternoon. We ended the day by walking across the Tower Bridge and then took the Tube back home. It was a cold and windy day, but it was well worth it to see what we did.
