Tower Bridge and more - Amanda Prevost

Today was excellent! Jolly good! Our study centre arranged a coach tour for all students earlier this morning. We rode to all areas of London, new and old, seeing most of the major landmarks and learning interesting and historic facts about those and their surrounding sights. Highlights included the Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, Big Ben, and a distant glimpse of the London Eye. (We also saw Diagon Alley...one of my personal favorites)

This past weekend has been full of adventure, exploration, confusion, and excitement. We've enjoyed learning more about the culture and may finally be familiar with our surrounding neighborhood. I can't wait to see what else is in store for us. Tomorrow morning begins our first day of class!
